Nikkei Veterans Honor Roll

Korean War Honor Roll (KIA)

Remembering Those Who Could Not Come Home

The Korean War is often referred to as the “Forgotten War” because it happened in the wake of World War II and much of America wanted to stop thinking about war by then.  But to those who participated in the Korean War, it is anything but “forgotten.”  While honor and respect are often automatically given to other veterans, Korean War veterans are often forgotten for their efforts and sacrifices.  For Korean War soldiers who were killed-in-action, the only thing worse than death is to be forgotten.  Listed below are the honored few who gave their lives to free South Korea.  They should never be forgotten.
